Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return instructions and return addresses will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We also do not accept returns for gift cards, clearance items, or final sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or product is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
